2003 Roll Call – Councilor Jacobs, McNabb, Hunter, Dempsey, Mayor Carnicelli - Present.
City Staff Present – John Salomone, City Manager; Tom Leone, Corporation Counsel; Debra McCormick, City Clerk; Nancy Hussey, Assistant Corporation Counsel; Mayor Elect Timothy Lattimore.
Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag – Mayor Carnicelli invited the nephews and nieces of Mayor-Elect Lattimore to lead the pledge.
Invocation – Father Peter M. DeBellis, Pastor of Saint Francis Church gave the invocation.
Military Prayer – Nicholas C. Valenti, Director Cayuga County Veterans Service Agency recited the military prayer.
Remarks by Outgoing Mayor – Mayor Carnicelli spoke briefly.
Certificate of Elections – City Clerk Debby McCormick read the Certificate of Elections from the Cayuga County Board of Elections.
Oath of Office
Councilor Thomas McNabb was sworn in to office by Judge Michael F. McKeon, Liam M. McNabb and Thomas P. McNabb, his sons.
Councilor David Dempsey was sworn in to office by his wife Cindy Bouley-Dempsey, Tess, Robert and David Dempsey his children.
Mayor – Elect Timothy Lattimore was sworn in by Melissa Entenmann, his sister and Todd Lattimore, his son.
Mayor Carnicellli welcomed Mayor Lattimore and they exchanged seats.
2004 Roll Call – The City Clerk called the 2004 roll all were present.
Remarks - Councilors McNabb and Dempsey each gave brief remarks, followed by Mayor Lattimore.
Benediction - Father DeBellis gave the benediction.
