Public Announcements
Mayor Carnicelli announced that the Made In Auburn Trade Show will be held on September 26, 2002 at Cayuga Community College.
Mayor Carnicelli also distributed copies of the Five Points Neighborhood Plan Draft prepared by Clark Patterson Associates for Council to review before the presentation.
Mayor Carnicelli asked for Council approval to move the public to be heard up to earlier on the agenda to accommodate all of the citizens wishing to be heard.
Public to be Heard Cindy Lepak, Franklin St. - spoke of her concern about truck traffic on Franklin St. She submitted a petition to council.

Urban Forestry
Feline Regulations Council briefly discussed the problem of stray cats in neighborhoods. They agreed to meet with professionals and invite the public to a work session in October to discuss options.
Other Business
Council Resolution #172 of 2002 authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Agreement with Casella Waste Management of NY for the deposit of dewatered sewage sludge at the City

Motion to adjourn to Executive Session at 8:15PM to discuss the employment history of a particular individual, proposed sale or lease of city owned property, proposed litigation, and discussion of collective negotiations. Meeting ended at 9:14PM
