Public Announcements
Mayor Carnicelli congratulated the Doubledays team on their win that made them the Pink Division Champions.
Mayor Carnicelli announced that Old Wheeler would be rung from 8:46 to 9:03 on September 11, in observance of this date. She asked the public to observe a minute of silence.
Public to be Heard
Linda Rooker, of Auburn and landlord of property on Chestnut St. spoke to Council about a problem she is having with water pipes from the curb to her property. She brought pieces of pipe to show council first hand what they look like.
Steve Crosby, Auburn High School Lacrosse Coach spoke to Council to thank them for the support of the summer league. This year there were 120 men playing and 4 women

Other Business
Council Resolution #163 of 2002 authorizing a Public Hearing to be held on September 12, 2002 regarding the proposed use of funds received pursuant to a 2002 Local Law Enforcement Block Grant. Vote: Councilor Jacobs, McNabb, Hunter, Dempsey, Mayor Carnicelli vote aye. PASSED.
Councilor Hunter put on his Doubledays hat and congratulated the team on their win and setting an attendance record this year.
Recap
Motion to adjourn to Executive Session at 6:45PM to discuss the potential sale of City owned property, financial history of a particular corporation, and employment history of a particular individual. All in favor. Meeting ended at 8:45PM.
