Special Meeting –5/19/05 Minutes
The meeting was called to order by Comm. Welch at 11:00 am. Sec. Fulton took roll call. Present was Comm. Welch, Comm. Camardo and Comm. Brennan. Also present was Tom Leone, Corporation Counsel; Dan Dougherty , Pres. of the CSEA union at the school district for the non-instructional personnel and Mark Healy , CSEA Labor Relations specialist.
New Business
Motion made by Comm. Welch to go into executive session. Motion seconded by Comm. Camardo and carried 3-0. Discussion of school employee whom the school is requesting that the commission remove from a promotional eligibility list due to this employee not being truthful on the exam application about his/her record of convictions of misdemeanors.
Motion made to go back into regular session made by Comm. Welch and seconded by Comm. Camardo. Motion carried 3-0.
Back in regular session motion made by Comm. Welch to remove said employee from the eligibility list. Seconded by Com. Brennan and motion carried 3-0.
Motion to adjourn this meeting made by Comm. Welch and seconded by Comm. Camardo. Meeting adjourned at 11:30 am.
