Special Meeting – 5/21/2004 Minutes
The meeting was called to order by Comm. Welch at 11:00 am. Comm. Welch took the roll. Present was Comm.Welch and Comm.Camardo. Comm. Brennan and Secretary Fulton excused.. Also present was: John Salomone, City Manager
New Business
Municipal Utilities Dept.
Review and approval of a job duty statement. The position will be titled Sanitation Foreperson. This position existed in the city budget prior to the reclassification 0f 2002. Motion made to approval was made by Comm. Camardo, seconded by Comm. Welch. Motion carried 2-0.
Old Business
Review of letter sent to eligible candidates on the current Firefighter 3exam # 65-200. Also approval of the letter sent to a candidate asking him to further verify his address before any city certification is completed.
Also any further mailing shall be sent to the Commissioners for prior approval. The next letter is currently in the Corporation Counsel office for any revisions.
Motion to adjourn made by Comm. Welch, seconded by Comm. Camardo.
