Secretary Arthur Lee took the roll call. Present: Comm. Welch and Comm. Camardo and Comm. Brennan.
Exams were conducted.
Senior Account Clerk, both open competitive and promotional.
Planner and Deputy School District Treasurer.
Also, discussion held about the changed position of Industrial Pre Treatment Coordinator. Position formerly had engineering responsibilities in the job spec. Upon review of the new job duty statement provided by the City Manager, the scope for the upcoming Civil Service Exam # 60-741 is agreed to be the proper scope to fill this position. Exam to be held January 11, 2003.
Exam to be held both open competitive and promotional.
Motion to adjourn made by Comm. Camardo and seconded by Comm. Welch. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 am.
No other business was conducted.
