Chairman Welch called the meeting to order at 11:00 am. Sec. Lee took the roll. Present was
Comm. Welch. and Comm. Brennan. Comm. Camardo absent.
Approval of Minutes
Minutes of the meeting of May 2, 2002. Motion to approve made by Comm. Brennan,
seconded by Comm. Welch. Motion carried 2-0.
Minutes of the meeting of June 1, 2002. Motion to approve made by Comm. Welch, seconded by Comm. Brennan. Motion carried 2-0.

Corporation Counsel
Appointment of Nancy Hussey as part time Corporation Counsel in the exempt jurisdictional classification read into the minutes.
Finance Dept.
Discussion held about the job spec for the Exempt position of Comptroller.
Discussion of the Senior Account Clerk/Keyboard Specialist vacancy in the Finance Dept. pursuant to Section 52 Paragraph 7 of the New York Civil Law. Memo needed from the City Manager requesting to use an expired list to fill such position. Motion to use expired list made by Comm. Welch, seconded by Comm. Brennan. Motion carried 2-0.
Personnel changes approved per attached
Motion made to dispense of regular meeting for the months of July and August 2002.
Special meetings will be held as needed. Motion made by Comm. Brennan, seconded by Comm. Welch. Motion carried 2-0.
Motion to adjourn made by Comm. Welch, seconded by Comm. Brennan. Meeting adjourned at 11:40 am.
