                A.      Council Resolution #104 of 2008 committing to working in partnership with the Town of Aurelius, Town of Fleming, Town of Owasco, Town of Sennett, Town of Throop and the Cayuga County Water & Sewer Authority to determine the feasibility and benefits of sharing and/or consolidating, water and sewer system services among the communities.  

B.      Agreement Resolution #105 of 2008 - authorizing the Mayor to                   enter into an agreement with EDR Design for the Owasco Riverfront Project.

C.      Resolution #106 of 2008 – establishing a new Building Permit Fee
Schedule.

D.      Resolution #107 of 2008 – Fire Officer to serve as EDAC Systems
Manager for new radio communication system.

E.      Resolution #108 of 2008 – authorizing repairs to the Auburn
Municipal Parking Garage.

F.      Resolution #109 of 2008 – appointment of Colleen LaMay as
Deputy Clerk.
