                A.      Financial Resolution #76 of 2008 authorizing the adoption of the 2008 Seymour Library District tax rate.

                B.      Financial Resolution #77 of 2008 authorizing the adoption of the 2008 Downtown Business Improvement District tax rate.

C.      Agreement Resolution #78 of 2008 authorizing the Mayor to sign and execute an agreement with ECO Technology Solutions, LLC, for substation and system Design as necessary to implement a $492,000 grant that has been secured through the U.S. Department of Energy.  (FORTH COMING)

D.      Agreement Resolution #79 of 2008 authorizing the Mayor to enter into a five (5) year lease agreement with the County of Cayuga for lease of space at the historic post office building located at 153 Genesee Street, Auburn, New York to be utilized by the City Court of the City of Auburn, New York.
