                        A.      Agreement Resolution #13 of 2008 authorizing the Mayor to execute an Intermunicipal Agreement Mutual Sharing Plan with the Cayuga County Soil and Water Conservation District for assisting with the stream bank remediation project at 44 West Garden Street.

                        B.      Financial Resolution #14 of 2008 authorizing the City Manger to make an advance of one-half of the 2008-2009 Seymour Library tax levy in the amount of $179,407.62.

                        C.      Council Resolution #15 of 2008 authorizing the Mayor to enter into a cooperative bidding agreement with Cayuga-Onondaga B.O.C.E.S. for paper and janitorial supplies.  

                        D.      Council Resolution #16 of 2008 authorizing the City Manager to advertise for bids for printed stationery, which includes letterhead, business cards and envelopes.
                        
          13.  Local Law  - FIRST READING

                        A.      Local Law #1 of 2008 of the City Council of the City of Auburn, New York, repealing its cents per gallon rate of sales and compensating use taxes on motor fuel and diesel motor fuel, thus restoring its percentage rate of such taxes, pursuant to the authority of Article 29 of the Tax Law of the State of New York.
