A. Award Resolution #207 of 2007 authorizing award of bid for the purchase and installation of equipment to install L.E.D. Obstruction Lights on the tower located at 85 Osborne Street, Auburn, New York to Fingerlakes Communications of Auburn, New York for their low bid of $6,178.75, to be charged to Account #A 1670.449.
B. Land Transfer Resolution #208 of 2007 authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all necessary documents for the sale of a landlocked parcel located at 75R Chapman Avenue to Ms. Theresa (Filkins) Dempsey.
C. Agreement Resolution #209 of 2007 amending Agreement between the Auburn Downtown Business Improvement District and the City of Auburn. (FORTH COMING)
D. Council Resolution #210 of 2007 authorizing that the regular meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 22, 2007 be changed to Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at 6:00 p.m. due to the Thanksgiving Holiday.
E. Council Resolution #211 of 2007 authorizing the Mayor to enter into Lease Amendments to Lease Agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, d/b/a Cellular One for tower space on the tower owned and operated by the City of Auburn located at 85 Osborne Street, Auburn, New York.
F. Council Resolution #212 of 2007 opposing New York State Department of Environmental Conversation’s proposed Permit Limits for Phosphorus Discharge from the upgraded Village of Groton, New York Sewage Treatment Plant into the Owasco Lake Inlet and Owasco Lake.
G. Land Sale Resolution #213 of 2007 authorizing the Mayor to sign all documents required to transfer 28 Bradley Street, Auburn, New York to the Auburn Industrial Development Authority for the sum of $2,500.
