A. Financial Resolution #169 of 2007 authorizing the execution and delivery of a Lease-Purchase Agreement to finance the cost of a Fire Pumper Truck for the City of Auburn in an amount not to exceed $350,000.00.
B. Award Resolution #170 of 2007 authorizing the award of bid for the Fire Pumper Truck for the City of Auburn to American LaFrance, LLC, in the amount of $343,323.00 to be financed by a Lease-Purchase Agreement.
C. Council Resolution #182 of 2007 amending the Rules and Procedures for City Council of the City of Auburn, New York to require that any person wishing to speak at the Public to be Heard portion of the Council meeting, sign an acknowledgement that they have read and understood the rules and state they will not violate the rules as stated.
