                        A.      Ordinance #16 of 2007 of the City of Auburn, New York, to provide a Compensation Plan and Schedule for Officers and Employees of the City of Auburn Management Personnel.

B.      Ordinance #17 of 2007 of the City of Auburn, New York authorizing amendment to Charter 254 entitled Solid Waste relative to terminology and designation of title.

          12.  Resolutions

                        A.      Agreement Resolution #160 of 2007 directing the Mayor to enter into a one (1) year independent services agreement with Russel Baird, 14 Kitty Lane, Auburn, New York.

                        B.      Agreement Resolution #161 of 2007 directing the Mayor to enter into a one (1) year independent services agreement with Richard Gurak, 31 Catlin Street, Auburn, New York.

                        C.      Agreement Resolution #162 of 2007 directing the Mayor to enter into a ninety (90) day independent services agreement with Gary Winslow, 106 Grove Avenue Extension, Auburn, New York.

                        D.      Agreement Resolution #163 of 2007 directing the Mayor to enter into a one (1) year independent services agreement with Dominick DeBenedetto, 77 Melrose Road, Auburn, New York.

                        E.      Council Resolution #164 of 2007 accepting the contribution from the Auburn Community Non-Profit Baseball Association, Inc. in the sum of $8,245.50 to complete the replacement of seating at Falcon Park
