                        A.      Agreement Resolution #46 of 2007 authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute on behalf of the City of Auburn, New York, an Agreement between the City of Auburn, New York and Mark A. Palesh.

B.      Agreement Resolution #47 of 2007 authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement for professional services with ECO Technology Solutions, LLC for the City of Auburn Regional Bioenergy Enterprise.

                        C.      Financial Resolution #48 of 2007 authorizing the transfer of $23,521.00 from Water Contingency Fund Account #F 1990.455 to Water Fund Account #F 8330.440 to pay for emergency repairs at the Water Filtration Plant.

                        D.      Council Resolution #49 of 2007 authorizing the adoption of the revised Procurement Policy for the City of Auburn.
                                
E.      Council Resolution #50 of 2007 approving the expenditures presented for payment and authorizing the Comptroller to process the payment of same.  (ATTACHMENT FORTHCOMING)
