A. Council Resolution #37 of 2007 requesting the State of New York implement necessary reforms to improve the economic prosperity and financial health of our cities.
B. Council Resolution #38 of 2007 authorizing the Interim City Manager to hire a Keyboard Specialist for the Records Department in the City of Auburn Police Department.
C. Sidewalk Resolution #39 of 2007 authorizing the financing of sidewalks for property owners to pay for in conjunction with their taxes on the 2006 Revolving Loan Sidewalk Program.
D. Sewer-Water Repair/Replacement Program Resolution #40 of 2007 authorizing financing for the repair/replacement of water and sewer lines on the Sewer-Water Repair/Replacement Program.
E. Council Resolution #41 of 2007 classifying project and declaring desire to be Lead Agency pursuant to the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act regarding Landfill No. 2, Cell No. 4 Liner Expansion.
F. Council Resolution #42 of 2007 authorizing that a committee of City staff be established to investigate and report to the City Council on the efficiency status of the City water filtration and distribution system.
