A.      Ordinance #16 of 2006 authorizing amendment to the City Code of the City of Auburn Chapter 305 entitled “City of Auburn Zoning Ordinance”.

           12. Resolutions

                        A.      Council Resolution #276 of 2006 approving the request of Seneca Cayuga ARC to establish supervised Individual Residential Alternatives (IRA’s) at five apartments in the Murray Hill complex, 250 McIntosh Drive, Auburn, New York.  

                        B.      Council Resolution #277 of 2006 urging Senator Charles E. Schumer, Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton, Congressman Sherwood E. Boehlert and Congressman-Elect Michael Arcuri to consider the impacts to the City of Auburn and other Central New York communities if the proposed~CDBG Reform Act of 2006 is passed.

                        C.      Council Resolution #278 of 2006 authorizing the City Manager to advertise for bids for Fire Hydrants for the Water Department.

                        D.      Council Resolution #279 of 2006 approving the expenditures presented for payment and authorizing the Comptroller to process the payment of same.  (ATTACHMENT FORTHCOMING)
