A. Sidewalk Resolution #158 of 2006 authorizing the financing of sidewalks for property owners to pay for in conjunction with their taxes on the 2006 Revolving Loan Sidewalk Program.
B. Sewer-Water Repair/Replacement Resolution #159 of 2006 authorizing financing for the repair/replacement of a sewer line on the Sewer-Water Repair/Replacement Program.
C. Council Resolution #160 of 2006 approving the expenditures presented for payment and authorizing the Comptroller to process the payment of same. (ATTACHMENT FORTHCOMING)
D. Agreement Resolution #161 of 2006 directing the Mayor to enter into a one (1) year services agreement with Barbara Deacon, 9 Seneca Parkway, Auburn, New York, for clerical services in the Office of Planning and Economic Development
