                         A.      Council Resolution #153 of 2006 requesting City Council to accept proceeds from a grant received by the County of Cayuga from a Homeland Security Grant for proximity scanners to be installed on certain entrances and office doors in both City Hall and the Auburn Police Department.                  B.      Sewer-Water Repair/Replacement Resolution #154 of 2006 authorizing financing for the repair/replacement of a sewer line on the Sewer-Water Repair/Replacement Program. 
 C.      Council Resolution #155 of 2006 authorizing staff to work with Cornell Research Foundation, Inc. to prepare research and preliminary market study information for energy issues within the City of Auburn. 
 D.      Council Resolution #156 of 2006 authorizing promoting five (5) Fire Department Personnel and filling of a vacancy.
