The following matter will be brought before the Council at a special meeting on TUESDAY, JUNE 13, 2006 AT 7:00 P.M. IN CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS:

                A.      Sales Tax Exemption

                        1.      Local Law #1 of 2006 authorizing an amendment to the City of Auburn Sales and Compensating Use Tax Exemptions on motor fuel and diesel motor fuel over Three ($3.00) dollars per gallon.  FIRST READING

                B.      Budget

                        1.      Ordinance #11 of 2006 authorizing amendment to the Code of the City of Auburn Chapter 297 – Water Service.

2.      Financial resolution #121 of 2006 authorizing an amendment tot he City Manager’s proposed 2006-2007 budget – Solid Waste Fund.

       3.      Financial Resolution #122 of 2006 authorizing various amendments to the City Manager’s proposed 2006-2007 budget.

4.      Financial Resolution #123 of 2006 authorizing amendment to the proposed 2006–2007 City Budget to restore funding for fireworks and Syracuse Symphony concerts.

5.      Financial Resolution #124 of 2006 authorizing amendment to the proposed 2006 – 2007 City Budget to restore the funding level for Historic Sites.

6.      Financial Resolution #125 of 2006 authorizing amendment to the proposed 2006-2007 City Budget to restore a funding level sufficient to allow the RSVP Program and the Senior Citizen Program to remain in their respective offices.

7.      Financial Resolution #126 of 2006 authorizing adoption of the City Manager’s Recommended Budget for 2006-2007.  (FORTH COMING)
