                        A.      Bond Ordinance #5 of 2006 of the City of Auburn, New York authorizing the issuance of $661,500.00 Serial Bonds to finance the cost of the 2006-2007 Road Improvement Program.

A.      Council Resolution #47 of 2006 determining that the proposed actions are Type II Actions for purposes of the New York State Environmental Quality Review Act undertaking the reconstruction and resurfacing of the City’s existing streets and roads not involving the addition of new travel lanes.

B.      Council Resolution #48 of 2006 approving the expenditures presented for payment and authorizing the Comptroller to process the payment for same.  (ATTACHMENT FORTH COMING)
