                        A.      Sewer-Water Repair Resolution #19 of 2006 authorizing financing for the repair/replacement of a water line on the Sewer-Water Repair/Replacement Program.

                        B.      Council Resolution #20 of 2006 authorizing the Mayor to enter into a cooperative bidding agreement with Cayuga-Onondaga B.O.C.E.S. for paper and janitorial supplies.

                        C.      Council Resolution #21 of 2006 authorizing a hiring freeze for the remainder of the 2005 – 2006 budget year for the City of Auburn.

                        D.      Council Resolution #22 of 2006 establishing a system of examination by the City Council for all capital expenditures and for all purchase orders over three thousand ($3,000) dollars.

                        E.      Council Resolution #23 of 2006 establishing a system of examination by the City Council for all travel and training expenditures.
