                        A.      Ordinance #16 of 2005 authorizing amendment to the Code of the City of Auburn at Chapter 254, entitled Solid Waste.

                        B.      Ordinance #17 of 2005 authorizing amendment to the Code of the City of Auburn at Chapter 104, entitled Animals.

         12.   Resolutions

                        A.      Council Resolution #177 of 2005 authorizing the City Manager to advertise for bids for the purchase of a new ladder truck for the Auburn Fire Department.

                        B.      Agreement Resolution #178 of 2005 directing the Mayor to notify Seneca Cayuga ARC of the City of Auburn’s approval for the construction and establishment of an Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA) at 85-87 Pulaski Street and 12-14 Shevchenko Avenue, Auburn, New York.

                        C.      Agreement Resolution #179 of 2005 directing the Mayor to enter into a five (5) year services agreement with David Stathis for computer mainframe and network services for the City of Auburn.
