A. Appointment Resolution #173 of 2005 authorizing appointment to the Historic Resource Review Board.
B. Financial Resolution #174 of 2005 authorizing the Comptroller to transfer Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Eleven ($13,711) Dollars from Contingency Account #A1990.445 into Animal Control Services Account #A3510.440.
C. Council Resolution #175 of 2005 approving the request of Seneca Cayuga ARC to establish an Individual Residential Alternative (IRA) to house four (4) individuals located at 12 Dennis Street, Auburn, New York.
D. Council Resolution #176 of 2005 requesting that the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation require that the Village of Groton treat phosphorus as a condition of the renewal of their operating permit.

A. Local Law #2 of 2005, authorizing the City of Auburn to make application for redesignation of certain areas within the City of Auburn as an Empire Zone.
