A. Bond Ordinance #14 of 2005 of the City of Auburn, New York, New York, authorizing the issuance of $975,000 serial bonds to finance the cost of a new Fire Ladder Truck.

Council Resolution #161 of 2005 authorizing the transfer of $9,800.00 from Contingency Account #A 1990.455 to Account #A 1210.459, City Council Special Projects to allow the City to engage Charles Zettek, Director of Government Management Services for the Center of Governmental Research to facilitate the fiscal strategic planning sessions for the City.
B. Council Resolution #162 of 2005 authorizing and directing the City of Auburn Municipal Power Agency to proceed with a request for qualifications to initiate the process of selecting a consultant to conduct a preliminary study to determine the economic feasibility of acquiring the electric distribution system within the City.
C. Council Resolution #163 of 2005 authorizing the Fire Chief to file a Certificate of Need application with the New York State EMS Council.
D. Council Resolution #164 of 2005 enacting a hiring freeze for all vacant positions within the City of Auburn.

A. Local Law #1 of 2005 authorizing the City of Auburn Sales and Compensating Use Tax Exemptions for Residential Solar Energy Systems and Installation Services as allowed by the State of New York.
