A. Council Resolution #125 of 2005 authorizing the Mayor to accept the award of a grant, “Prevention of Fire-Related Injuries” from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
B. Council Resolution #126 of 2005 in support of certain bills presently before the New York State Assembly and Senate relative to amending the New York State Sex Offender Registration Act, commonly known as Meghan’s Law.
C. Sidewalk Resolution #127 of 2005 authorizing the financing of sidewalks on the 2005 Revolving Loan Sidewalk Program, to be charged back to the owner over a five (5) year period and to be charge to Account #HA 5947-440-001.
D. Council Resolution #128 of 2005 authorizing the Council meeting of September 8, 2005 at 5:00 p.m. be held on September 8, 2005 at 4:00 p.m.
E. Financial Resolution #129 of 2005 authorizing amendment to the 2005-2006 Operating Budget for a change in table of organization for the Police Department. (FORTH COMING)
