Meeting Minutes
Little Town Hall
July 30, 2018
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Selectman Chair Robert Edwards in the Little Town Hall.

Agenda Items:
- Mr. Genest moved to approve the Board of Selectmen Minutes of July 16, 2018. Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 2/0
- Mr. Genest moved to approve the All Veterans Tax Credit application. Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 2/0
- Mr. Genest moved to sign the West Street Bridge Contract. Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 2/0
- Mr. Genest moved to sign the Notice of Validation of Conveyance of a previously Involuntarily Merged Lot. Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 2/0. Mr. Edwards worked with Attorney Makechnie, who represents the Winslow family on this. Mr. Edwards said he has no beneficial interest in this nor was he compensated for any of the work he did on this. Notice is attached to the minutes.
- No meetings were attended by the Select Board.
- Select Board meetings were scheduled for August 13th and 27th.
- Other Business:
- Ms. Hanson said she spoke to Jim Zabros from New England Sports Floor about sanding the town gym. He feels more comfortable doing the gym in December so there is time to monitor the moisture problem that was just corrected by the Town Highway Department. Mr. Zabros also said that he thinks we can get 7 to 10 years use out of the floor after the sanding before a replacement is needed. Ms. Hanson said that Park & Rec Director Celeste Lunetta suggested doing a buff and coat this year using New England Sports Floor and sanding the floor next year. This will also give us more time to meet with the school board.
- Ms. Hanson reported that she will contact the auctioneers to let them know that the property that was tax deeded will receive 90 day letters saying the property will be sold and that they have a right to repurchase before that.
- Ms. Hanson will send out an email to people that are interested in the blasting that will be done by Antrim Wind LLC (AWE) to look at the town’s website. There is also contact information for AWE on the website. Ms. Hanson also said that all information that the town has is on the town’s website.
- The NH Municipal policy recommendations were reviewed.
- Mr. Genest moved to go into non-public session RSA 91-A:3 II. Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 2/0
- Mr. Genest moved to hire Roland Davison III as custodian/transfer station attendant. Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 2/0
- Mr. Genest moved to adjourn. Mr. Edwards seconded. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 pm.
