Meeting Minutes
November 17, 2017
The meeting was called to order at 9:30 AM by Selectman Michael Genest in the Little Town Hall.
Members Present: John Robertson, Michael Genest, Robert Edwards
Staff Present: Town Administrator, Donna Hanson
Agenda Items:
- Ms. Hanson presented the 2017 Tax rate which remained flat at $27.97 with the Town portion decreasing $0.47, the School portion increasing $0.56, State school portion dropping $0.06, and the County portion decreasing $0.03. $400,000.00 was used from the fund balance. Mr. Robertson moved to approve the tax rate at $27.97. Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 3/0
- Mr. Genest moved to go into Non-public session per RSA 91-A:3 II (I) Consideration of legal advice provided by legal counsel.~ Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 3/0.
- Mr. Genest moved to seal the minute of the Non-public session. Mr. Robertson seconded. Passed 3/0
After no further business Mr. Robertson moved to adjourn at 10:00 AM. Seconded by Mr. Genest. Passed 3/0
