Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Selectman John Robertson in the Little Town Hall.
Members Present: John Robertson, Michael Genest, Robert Edwards
Staff Present: Donna Hanson (Town Administrator)
Agenda Items:
- Mr. Edwards moved to approve the Board of Selectmen (BOS) minutes of May 9, 2016; Mr. Genest seconded. Passed 3/0
- Mr. Genest moved to approve the Board of Selectmen Non-Public minutes of May 9, 2016. Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 3/0
- Mr. Genest moved to approve the crosswalk in front of Edmunds Hardware Store. Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 3/0
- Mr. Genest gave a summary of the Park & Recreation meeting he attended. The minutes can be found at: http://www.antrimnh.org/Pages/AntrimNH_ParkMin/
- Mr. Robertson gave a summary of the Planning Board meeting he attended. The minutes can be found at: http://www.antrimnh.org/Pages/AntrimNH_ParkMin/
- After discussion of the Wex fuel cards it was determined that the ambulance department can have two more pin numbers.
Other Business:
- Mr. Genest moved to send a letter to the New Hampshire Liquor Commission stating that the Select Board has no objections to Rick and Diane’s Restaurant & Pizzeria application for a liquor license. Seconded by Mr. Edwards. Passed 3/0
- Mr. Edwards stated that he would like to have succession planning on a future agenda.
- Select Board meetings were scheduled for Monday, June 6th and Monday June 20th.
- Mr. Genest moved to go into non-public session under RSA 91-A:3 II (a) public employee (c) tax. Mr. Edwards seconded. Passed 3/0
After no further business Mr. Genest moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Edwards. Passed 3/0
