Meeting Minutes
January 25, 2016
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Selectman Gordon Webber in the Little Town Hall.
Members Present: Gordon Webber, Michael Genest, John Robertson
Staff present: Donna Hanson (Town Administrator)
Agenda Items:
- The Board of Selectmen met with the Water & Sewer Commissioners to discuss the Highland Ave/Pleasant Street, River Crossing, and Replacement Well projects. The Town and Water & Sewer have been working on an application to submit to USDA RD for possible grant money for the three projects. It was agreed that Highland Ave/Pleasant Street project would be placed on the warrant this year at town meeting. The Replacement Well and River Crossing will most likely not happen for a year or two. However, all projects need to be completed in 5 years in order to qualify for grant money.
- Mr. Roertson moved to authorize Donna Hanson, Town Administrator to sign the USDA RD grant application on behalf of the Board of Selectmen. Mr. Genest seconded. Passed 3/0.
- After no further business Mr. Robertson moved to adjourn. Seconded by Mr. Webber. Passed 3/0
