Public Information Meeting Minutes
November 25, 2014
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Genest
Members Present: Michael Genest, Gordon Webber, John Robertson
Staff present: Donna Hanson (Town Administrator)
- Mr. Peter Holden of Holden Engineering presented completed plans for Highland Avenue and Pleasant Street drainage, water line, and reconstruction. He gave an overview of the project and took questions from the abutters that were present.
- The Construction Cost Estimate was broken up into Roadway, Sidewalk, Storm Drainage, and Water Lines in case the project was done in stages.
Roadway and Sidewalk $344,071.84 Pleasant - $392,828.55 Highland
Storm Drainage System $300,309.19 Pleasant - $250,548.19 Highland
Water Line $164,324.52 Pleasant - $263,952.77 Highland
- There being no further business, Mr. Webber motioned to adjourn, Mr. Robertson 2nd. Passed 3/0.
