Town of Antrim – Board of Selectmen
Meeting Minutes
January 6, 2014
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM by Chairman Webber in the Antrim Little Town Hall.
Members Present: Mr. Webber, Mr. Genest & Mr. Robertson
Staff present: Galen Stearns (Town Administrator)
- Mr. Robertson motioned to approve the BOS minutes of December 23, 2013, Mr. Genest 2nd. Passed 3/0
- Mr. Pratt and Mr. Haggett presented the Capital Improvement Plan to the Selectmen as approved by the Planning Board.
- Mr. Stearns presented overview of the proposed 2014 potential warrant articles. Mr. Genest asked about possible articles for the lights at Shea Field and a zero turn mower and Mr. Stearns stated that he had not received any requests to date but would check with the Recreation Director.
- Mr. Stearns informed the board that there will be a service recognition presentation at the Fire Station on Tuesday. January 7, 2014 and that Chief Beauchamp was being recognized for 25 years as the Fire Chief.
- Mr. Stearns presented the board with a possible reconfiguration of the office spaces now that the Police Department has moved into the new station. The board felt that for now to just use the space for records storage to get them out of the basement.
- There being no further business, Mr. Genest motioned to adjourn, Mr. Webber 2nd. Passed 3/0. Meeting adjourned at 8:41 PM
