Town of Antrim – Board of Selectmen
Meeting Minutes
January 4, 2010
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 pm by Chairman of the Board of Selectmen Stephen Schacht at the Antrim Town Hall.
Members Present: Steven Schacht, Gordon Webber, and Michael Genest
Staff Present: Galen Stearns (Town Administrator)
1. The board reviewed a citizen’s petition to be place on the Town Warrant. Mr. Webber motioned to accept the citizen’s petition for inclusion in the 2010 warrant, Mr. Genest seconded the motion. Passed 3/0.
2. Discussion with the public resulted in a request to change the Selectmen’s meeting start time to 7:00 pm as the feeling was that more people would attend with a later start time as 5:00 pm was the time people were getting home from work and eating dinner. Mr. Genest motioned to change the start time of the BOS meetings to 7:00 pm, Mr. Webber seconded the motion. Passed 3/0. TA will generate a new schedule and post.
There being no further business, the Board decided by consensus to adjourn
at 6:00 p.m.
