Town of Antrim – Board of Selectmen
Special Meeting Minutes
October 28, 2008
The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Chairman of the Board of Selectmen Michael Genest in the Town Administrator’s Office at the Antrim Town Hall.
Members Present: Michael Genest, Steve Schacht, and Gordon Webber
Staff Present: Neal Cass (Town Administrator), William Prokop (Former Town Administrator/Advisor)
1. Selectmen reviewed financial information for the Town including a review of the expenditures from the Highway Improvement/Paving line item in the budget. All were in agreement that some adjustments will be made reclassifying items to the appropriate accounts. The undesignated fund balance was also reviewed.
There being no further business, the Board decided by consensus to adjourn at 6:52 p.m. The Board will hold a Special Meetings on Wednesday, October 29, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. The next regular meeting will be Monday, November 3, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
