Selectmen Meeting Minutes
December 3, 2007
Present: B. Pratt, M. Genest, S. Schacht, W. Prokop,
1. The selectmen approved the minutes of the meeting of November 28th, 2007.
2. The selectmen reviewed all of the budget requests and are satisfied with the operating expenses for all departments. The overall increase is approximately 1.5% which includes 53 weekly pay periods for the year. The Warrant Articles will need to be finalized over the next few weeks.
3. The selectmen reviewed various correspondences that has been received and approved the A/P and Payroll for the week and had a discussion regarding performance reviews.
4. The selectmen approved the application for state aid for the Water Street Bridge. This will now be submitted to NHDOT for approval.
The meeting adjourned at 8:30 P.M. The next meeting will be held on December 17, starting at 6:00 P.M.
