Selectmen Meeting Minutes –January 24th, 2005
Present: M. Genest-Chairman, M. Oldershaw, and B. Pratt
Also in attendance: W. Prokop
The selectmen opened the meeting at 7:00 P.M.
The first item on the agenda was a review of all budget requests.
After a review it was felt that the budget is now ready to finalize for Town Meeting.
The selectmen reviewed some discussions that have been taking place regarding the Town’s need for sand in the future. The selectmen also reviewed some contractual discussions that have been taking place regarding planned infrastructure needs.
The selectmen then reviewed various correspondences and signed the payroll and accounts payable for the week. The selectmen also approved the application of Doug Rowland to become a member of the Antrim Ambulance squad.
The meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
