Subdivision & Site Plan Review Regulations

To Review and Edit Subdivision & Site Plan Review Regulations
Chair Dubois opened the meeting at 6:49PM.
The regulations were projected on the wall. The Carol Ogilvie recommendations were read.
The Board discussed the following:
- Page 1 – Definitions – clarified
- Page 4 – Section IV C 3. – change hearing to meeting
Section IV D 4. – Discussion on changing one-year time frame for meeting conditions – no conclusion
- Section VI B. 2 – Building Inspector – suitable for the proposed use – Ms. Ogilvie questioned “suitability” and what determines “suitability” – no conclusion
- Page 19 – Section VI B – long discussion, but no changes made
- Regional impact – Use the wording suggested by Carol Ogilvie – to be added to Section IV under Procedure
- Checklists should be reviewed at a separate meeting
- Failure of Board to act – use Carol Ogilvie wording
- Next Review meeting – start at Section V

Should be added to Section IV – under Procedure
Checklists – Review at a different meeting
