New Planning Board Member Swearing In – Alternate David Dubois and Jenny Clifford
Mr. Moore (as Justice of the Peace) swore in the two new alternate members – Jenny Clifford and David Dubois. The Board welcomed the new alternate members.
Vice-Chair Willeke appointed alternates to sit for absent members –Mr. Lazar to sit for the absent Mr. Koziell, and Mr. Dubois for the absent Mr. Snow.
Site Plan Review and Regulations – Vice-Chair Willeke asked that the review be tabled until the next meeting when more members are present – particularly the members who have worked the longest on the revisions. Mr. Moore, Mr. Robblee, Vice-Chair Willeke, and Mrs. Wasserloos shared their thoughts on the revisions thus far. No decisions were made.
Minutes of the September 17, 2009 Board Meeting - Mr. Robblee moved to accept the minutes as amended. Mrs. Wasserloos seconded it. The minutes were approved.
Update on status of In-Ex Homes LLC Mr. Moore explained that Mr. Jack Belletete had come to the Town Hall to sort out some of the issues that were involved with the subdivision. He planned to meet with the Planning Board on October 15, 2009.

Mr. Pagano had called the Planning Staff to thank the staff and the Planning Board for their professionalism and courteousness.

At 8:30 pm, Mrs. Wasserloos moved to adjourn the meeting which was seconded by Mr. Robblee, and unanimously approved. The meeting was adjourned.
