Tuttle Library Trustees Meeting
September 12, 2016
Present: Yvette Brinkley, Ron Haggett, Stephen Ullman,
Margaret Warner and Kathy Chisholm, Library Director
Steve moved and Ron seconded adoption of the proposed agenda.
Agreed unanimously.
Ron moved and Yvette seconded adoption of the Minutes from July 11, 2016 meeting.
Agreed unanimously.
Ron presented the monthly Treasurer’s Report as well as an addendum.
The window replacement project is proceeding satisfactorily.
The Library’s financial position is in line with the budgetary guidelines.
Kathy submitted the Library Director’s report. The Boston Bruins supported this
past summer’s New Hampshire summer reading program. The Tuttle version was particularly successful.
Kathy is also supporting the Festival of Trees event.
Ron reported on the Library’s future capital project needs.
Ron moved and Yvette seconded a motion to go into executive session.
Agreed unanimously. The Trustees voted to secure the minutes of executive session
Ron moved and Yvette seconded a motion to return to public session.
Agreed unanimously.
Steve moved and Ron seconded a motion to adjourn.
Agreed unanimously.
