Tuttle Library Trustees Meeting
November 9, 2015 Minutes
Present: Ron Haggett, Stephen Ullman, and Margaret Warner; Kathy Chisholm, Library Director
Steve moved and Ron seconded the adoption of the agenda. Approved unanimously.
Steve moved and Ron seconded the adoption of the Minutes from the past meeting. Approved unanimously.
Ron presented the financial reports. The Trustees and Librarian then discussed future facility projects. Finally, Ron reported on the progress of ongoing repair programs.
Library Director Kathy Chisholm reported a successful Open House. Employee safety Workshop went swimmingly. The Trustees sends special thanks to Roy MacDonald for fixing the shelving in the children’s room.
Steve moved and Ron seconded the motion to adjourn. Adopted unanimously.
