The agenda for tonight's meeting was approved as presented.
Minutes of December 13th, 2010 were approved as amended.
Treasurer's Report:
" Ron Haggett gave the Treasurer's report for December.
Library Director's Report:
" Kathy shared her report.
o The Festival of Trees was a smashing success.
o The State Library is now offering downloadable media in the form of EBooks.
Information items
" Friends of the Library - Marion Anne Noble-Winchester was the lucky winner of the dollhouse raffle put on by the Friends of the Library.
" Area Trustees meeting - no meeting in December
Old Business
" Budget update - no more has been heard yet from the selectmen regarding the proposed 2011 budget.
New Business
" Pay increase for substitute staff- we are going to increase the substitute pay to $9.00 an hour.
" Library trustee term expiration- There will be one slot open on the board for the coming election in March. Sandy Snow's term is up in March and he is not planning on running again.
" Teen Tech Week- Teen Tech Week will be held in March. The goal is to get the teenage population involved in the Library.
